Divine Stillness

It seems that stillness has unmatched power. It confronts, directs, soothes, heals, and cautions…  and since it is a state of the soul, stillness can be present in the midst of chaotic circumstances and noisy lives. Mind, body, spirit and soul need this to thrive and flourish. Is it any wonder we have the admonition to “be still and know that I am God”?  And every now and then, the stillness comes to mind, body, spirit, soul, all together.  It is divine indeed.
